Refund & Returns Policy

Yiri Pty Ltd (ABN 42 638 349 274) and its affiliates (“Yiri”) provide products and services to you when you visit or shop at (the “website”). Yiri sells our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions and policies carefully before using Yiri. By using Yiri, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Use this page to learn about our refund and change of mind return policy.

You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a replacement or full refund of the price you paid for the item if you change your mind.

Unless otherwise stated, original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.

Gift cards, food and alcohol items are not returnable to but may be refunded or replaced depending on the circumstances.

This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.

Third party sellers on are expected to offer returns on an equivalent basis but their policies may vary.


Unless otherwise stated in this Policy:

  • All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
  • Items must be in new and unworn condition.
  • Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
  • Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Yiri is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Policy.

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.


For change of mind returns of item(s) you are responsible for any return shipping costs.


For items ordered on from a seller that fulfils and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), any returns will be in accordance with the returns policy set by that seller. Whilst sellers are expected to offer a returns policy equivalent to Yiri, the seller returns policies may vary. Seller returns policies do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.


In some circumstances, these items may be eligible for a refund or a replacement (for example, if you receive the wrong item due to error or if the item is faulty).
